A note on licensing and titles:
My title is ‘coach’ not ‘therapist’ or ‘psychotherapist’ as I am not registered with any provincial licensing body for psychotherapists. I have a PhD in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and over 8 years of research experience in the field of affective science (the study of emotions & how we regulate them). I am not licensed to diagnose or treat mental disorders. Instead, my focus is on imparting you with the understanding and skills to shift old patterns and behaviours, meet emotional needs and goals, and nurture inner harmony and peace.
